Jesus meets the Samaritan woman:
" neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem,
the true worshipers in Spirit and Truth is they
must worship him "(St. John 4, 23).
In the literal translation from Greek and Hebrew
for as we translate:
" it is with a breath vigilant, aware,
or "awake" they should pray. "
Jesus never said:" I have the truth " May I
"am the truth", literally: "I'm awake "
(ego eimi aletheia).
This will no doubt remember the etymology
the word Buddha: "Bodhi" one whose
intelligence has been awakened.
The Buddha never said, "I awake"
but "I'm awake."
Again it must be remembered: the awakening
not owned by Buddhists
no more that truth is the property of
Christians.
The Buddha and Christ belong
not only to communities who claim
their NAME and experience
but to all men of good will
mindful secret that lives deep
their breath and their conscience ...
