It is normal to be next those who suffer. But we can not do that by remaining ourselves,
disciples of Christ, the One who is meek and humble of heart.
Some in the world, are not Democrats?
Often, they gain the beginnings of the confrontation.
But is this a reason for not being democratic
and we betray ourselves?
Some people have no respect for justice?
Is that a reason for not trying to be fair,
not be lumped,
and do not reach out to anyone who accepts it?
Some want war
and contrast the Christian and Muslim communities.
Is that a reason to refuse to be a peacemaker,
systematically to reject dialogue?
Do we really inflame our suburban
then it is populated by so many honest and peaceful
whatever their faiths
the pretext of saving the Christians from the Middle East?
Would it not better meet people who think differently
and try to dig the way of friendship?
It is true that the Church is not subsidized,
needs money to allow priests to staff
and communities to live.
This is true.
But what makes us the first live, but the grace of God,
love of Him who loves all men,
refuses sin - that is to say the refusal to love -
and wants us to be his witnesses.
